Our consulting lead's career has progressed from senior engineer to technical lead, engineering manager, and hands-on modernization consultant. That progression brings two perspectives to an engagement: how a system works in detail, and how teams make consequential technical change happen.
The work combines architecture and code review, hands-on implementation, cross-team leadership, and the ability to explain difficult technical decisions clearly. It means navigating organizational constraints as carefully as technical dependencies.
Telazie-Simons Ventures brings that experience to organizations facing legacy modernization, platform problems, and decisions with no obvious answer. The practice is intentionally small and senior-led, with a focus on useful outcomes and direct technical involvement.
